On this detox I will guide you Step by Step on what you need to do everyday. We will focus on eating high-nutrient foods like fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and proteins. We’ll cut out processed foods, dairy and sugar. The first few days you might feel a little off as you body gets used to the new things you’re eating, but by the end of the week you’ll likely feel amazing! Some of my clients feel so good, they do it on their own for an extra week!
