This interactive 11 week program is composed of 4 mini courses on how hormones are affected by: Nutrition, Stress & Sleep, Toxins & Gut Health, and Exercise/Longevity.

I have built rest weeks into our schedule because I know how crazy life gets and I’m trying to make this as doable as possible for you to get the maximum benefits. However, it is recommended that you make the live classes a priority. There will be valuable discussion at the end of every session. But if you must miss a class, it will be recorded.
I have also developed this class so you can do your own thing with the recipes and pick and choose what you like or you can follow the bonus meal plans offered after modules 2, 4 and 6 if you need more structure.
